Bicon’s unique method of immediate
loading allows patients minimum visits (usually 3 main
visits, from extraction to the final prostheses) to clinic
for restoring teeth using dental implants. Since the method
employs conventional technique (stabilizing problematic
tooth using adjacent teeth), it is also hassle free for
clinicians too, regardless of bone quality.
As long as temporary prostheses are secure,
even after ridge split, patients could be benefited from
fully functional and aesthetic temporary prostheses.

Temporary prosthesis is fabricated chair-side, bonded to adjacent
teeth to attain stability for an extraction site and ridge
spitted site next to it.

Researches have shown high success rate with this method applied
in clinical cases. As long as temporary prostheses are
secure, Osseointegration is achieved at a excellent
level.
After osseointegration is completed, temporary prosthesis is
removed and crowns are fabricated onto final abutments.
Abutment & crown integrated final prostheses are inserted into
implants using orientation jigs and seating jigs. |
